The North American Venture Capital Summit ("Summit") established the Emerging Partner Forum ("EPF") to develop the community of the next generation of private equity fund leaders. The EPF is a by-invitation only session for up-and-coming leaders of the venture capital and private equity industry, with each invitee being nominated by their peers from within the industry.
Now running in its third year, EPF participants have benefited from an unmatched opportunity to network and share ideas and knowledge with both their peers, and with General Partners at existing funds, in a positive and comfortable environment. The relationships established and deepened at the Summit will lay down the foundation for the Emerging Partner's source of deal flow, syndicate members and follow-on investors, for many years to come.
The 2008 Emerging Partners Forum will be held at the Price Building, a 3 minutes walk from the Historic Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, on Monday, October 27, beginning at 3:00 pm and ending at 5:00 pm.
