  • Departure procedures from Newark, NJ:

  • Passengers should arrive to Signature Flight Support at least 45 minutes prior to departure.

    Please park your personal vehicle at P6 in the North area at the Newark airport and walk to the airport shuttle bus stop toward the terminal’s airport. The shuttle will pass every 5 minutes. You must tell the driver that you are going to Signature Flight Support for NAVCS 2008, drivers are aware of our group.

    All passengers must show a valid passport prior to boarding the aircraft.

    ** Ramp access is not permitted for town cars or limousines at Signature Newark.

  • Departure from Newark, NJ: 1:00PM

  • The aircraft will be a Dornier 328 Regional Jet.

  • Catering:

  • A choice of turkey, ham, or a vegetarian caprese will be served on board with a mixed salad, along with a piece of fruit and dessert. A variety of sodas and juices will be offered, as well as coffee, tea, and water.

  • Arrival in Quebec City: 2:30PM

  • Ground Transportation to the Hotel will be provided by NAVCS.

  • Arrival Procedures in Quebec City:

  • In route to Quebec City, the onboard representative will distribute pre-completed Canadian Customs forms. Upon arrival to Quebec City, passengers will proceed through customs at the main terminal. Ground transportation to the Hotel Fairmont le Château Frontenac will be provided by NAVCS.

Departure from Quebec City (YQB) to Newark, NJ (EWR) on Oct. 28th

  • Departure from Hotel to the airport: 6:30PM

  • Meeting point will be in Frontenac Room at 6:15 pm.

  • Ground Transportation to the airport will be provided by NAVCS.

  • Departure Procedures from Quebec City:

  • The motor coach will proceed to the waiting aircraft. Members of the flight support crew will transfer luggage to the aircraft.

  • Departure from Quebec City: 7:30PM

  • The aircraft will be a Dornier 328 Regional Jet.

  • Catering:

  • A choice of turkey, roast beef, or a vegetarian burrito will be served on board with a Caesar salad, along with a piece of fruit and dessert. A variety of sodas and juices will be offered, as well as coffee, tea, and water.

  • Arrival in Newark, NJ: 9:00PM

  • Arrival Procedures in Newark, NJ:

  • Upon arrival to Newark, the onboard representative will direct you to the Immigration agents at the main terminal to proceed through customs. After, passengers will be escorted to waiting Signature Flight Support courtesy vans which will drop them off at the FBO building.

  • Passengers should arrive to Signature Flight Support at least 45 minutes prior to departure. Long term parking is available just down the road. Passengers may walk to Signature.

    All passengers must show a valid passport to gain access to the FBO. Passengers will then be escorted directly to the waiting aircraft via Signature courtesy shuttles.

    Ramp access is not permitted for town cars or limousines at Signature Boston.

International Travelers

  • A note that all non US and non Canadian citizens:

  • In addition to a valid passport YOU WILL REQUIRE A VALID VISA TO RE-ENTER THE UNITED STATES. Travelers from certain countries will require a visa to enter Canada.

  • I-94 FORMS:

  • A completed form I-94 (or I-94W) is presented by passengers at the port of entry to the United Stated to a U.S. immigration officer, who stamps the form and gives the final approval for the admission of passengers to the United States. Passengers MUST HOLD ON TO THEIR I-94 FORMS when they enter Canada. Customs will NOT require the forms to be handed in when crossing into Canada. However, SUCH FORMS ARE REQUIRED BY THE U.S. IMMIGRATION OFFICER FROM PASSENGERS ON THE RETURN FLIGHTS BACK INTO THE US.
