Topic of this year's conference: given the difficulties the venture capital industry is presently facing, especially in fund raising outside the US, this year's conference will particularly focus on government policies to support the venture capital industry.
Morning sessions will be focused on public policies related to venture capital. Afternoon sessions will take a more global approach to the venture capital ecosystem including technology start-up companies.
Format of the sessions: 20 minutes for presentations and 20 minutes for questions / discussion, with a moderator.
